The Benefits

What normally happens when you don’t use one of Doc’s Garage Custom Wire Harnesses? You will install your wire harness and then take your car to a shop where they will proceed to install whatever after-market accessories you ask for. In doing so, they will cut and splice into your nice new harness, immediately degrading the quality and integrity of your brand new wiring. It will also cost you more money for the additional installations than it would with one of Doc’s Garage Custom Wire Harnesses.

With one of Doc’s Garage Custom Wire Harnesses, everything is already fully integrated like a late model vehicle. No one will have to cut or splice into any wiring, and you will save money on installations. No other wire harnesses offer this type of technological integration.

How It Works

Tell us what vehicle you have and all of the details you would like it to incorporate. Starting with a top-quality fuse block, the wiring is then created and modified to your preferences. A custom tailored, fully integrated wire harness will be built to your exacting specifications. You will receive a kit which is extremely straight forward to install, and “plug and play” whenever possible.

For example, if you requested that an alarm be integrated into the harness, all you would have to do is plug it in. No cutting, splicing, or searching for wires.

You will not have to figure out how to install an alarm, how to set up relays for door locks, how to set up a dual battery switching relay or even worry about wiring up a radio.

Everything will be set up so all you have to do is run the wires to their respective locations, and in most cases, just plug in components. It’s that easy!

If you already purchased a new harness that you would like to use, no problem. Not only will you receive everything you need, we’ll also remove everything you don’t need. As the harness is being assembled, all of the unnecessary wiring will be eliminated for an uncluttered, clean installation. For example, if you upgrade to a single-wire alternator, the pre-wired harness for the alternators’ voltage regulator will be removed for a super clean look under the hood!

Any and all necessary parts will be supplied, whether it’s a relay or an alarm. You will receive different options based on what you ask for. If you have a specific brand of component you would like to use, let us know. If you have parts which you have already purchased, those can be accommodated too (as long as the parts are new and complete).
